Wedding villa in Tuscany description
The Tuscan Villa is located in the wonderful hills between Fiesole and Settignano and is one of the most interesting villas in the area. Surrounded by gardens and cypresses, with Monte Ceceri in the background, the "house" has the special and picturesque features of a Tuscan country villa, and boasts a very impressive view from its tower. It was built in 1400, however, one of the last owners, Sir Temple Leader, almost completely modernised it in 1800 and little remains of the original aspect. Today the wonderful gardens and the ancient rooms at the ground floor of Villa are at your disposal for every kind of event, from wedding receptions to meetings, gala dinners and parties. The aim of actual owner is renting her "house" to the lovers of ancient places, keeping the property liveable and in perfect working order. All rooms are splendidly furnished with original seventeenth and eighteenth century pieces of furniture.
