"Ciao! We just returned this morning from our honeymoon in Africa.

Italy was wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the day trip to Greve in Chianti and Castello di Vincigliata. Our day at the vineyard was amazing. Gino, our host, was friendly and engaging. The scenery was fantastic, and the Tuscan "light lunch" served following our tour was arguably the best meal I have ever had.

Castello di Vincigliata was also very impressive. With its fortress-like walls, candle-lit courtyard and spectacluar views of Florence, it was a fairy tale setting. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Manuela went out of her way to make sure the reception details were arranged to our liking and our guests were comfortable throughout the evening.

We are thoroughly pleased with the service we received from YOU ALL prior to and during the wedding-related events and would recommend you to any of our friends who were considering a destination wedding in Italy. We were unsure what to expect upon arrival since all of our communications were via email and we had not seen any of the venues in person. However, we had a wonderful time and were able to enjoy our wedding and reception as much as our guests because you and your team did such a great job of handling the details for us. Thanks again for all of your help in ensuring our wedding trip was a success!

Outdoor protestant wedding civilly binding and reception in a Tuscan castle near Siena

"... John and I wanted to thank you for all your help in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything about it was fantastic - Maria and everyone at the farmhouse were so helpful, they went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect - I honestly don't think the photos of the farmhouse or the castle do it justice as it is the most amazing place we could have hoped for! The food was delicious and there was plenty of it! Marco and his photos were just amazing and we really enjoyed having his support on the day, we couldn't recommend him highly enough and to have our photos ready for us the day after the wedding was an added bonus! Mauro was also great with my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted even though we communicated mostly via pictures and sign language! We also organized our DJ independently ¨C he is based in Siena. He was absolutely amazing, such a fun guy and he also had an assistant taking photos throughout the night which they gave to us at the end of the night on disc which was such a nice touch. I would thoroughly recommend him for any wedding in or around Siena. We also organized someone to come to the farmhouse the night prior the wedding to make pizzas for us all and this was great - the guys name was Omar and he was organized through Maria at the farmhouse, again this is something I would highly recommend for any future weddings at the Castle. John and I along with all our family and friends just had the most terrific time, it was above what we could have expected - so thanks again for your help with everything.

"We had a fantastic time in Florence, and really enjoyed our wedding day. Our guests enjoyed it too! Florence really was our dream come true location for our wedding. Helga was helpful once we got over the mix up with meeting her!! she thought we were meeting on the Friday... never mind it all worked out, our paperwork was all in order.

The flowers were lovely and the Baglioni had made a wonderful cake and meal thanks to your conversations with them, everything went smoothly. Including the meal in the evening. We had our rings made in one day by Casseti on the Ponte Vecchio who I can highly recommend to any of your clients.

"Firstly, thank you so much for your efficiency and quick work in helping to solve our queries and last minute problems. If it wasn't for this our day would have been only half as wonderful as it was.

We have both been so impressed with the level of service we have received and the "can do" attitude of Wedding Italy and yourself. We thought that the prices were extremely reasonable and that the entire day was organised perfectly. The response of Wedding Italy from the quote to each individual request was very fast and we feel all the stress of organising a wedding was taken from our shoulders.

I would also like to say how lovely it has been to speak and correspond with you. You have been so friendly, cheerful and lovely each time I have contacted you which has been far above the highest level of customer service. You have also made us both feel that our day was so under control that we were confident that it would be perfect before it had arrived.

was just going to write to you and thank you for all you did. The last couple days have been hectic getting the house back in order plus Sam and I had to return to work right away. First, Helga was the best! We loved her and found a new friend in her. Besides doing her job well, she helped make our wedding day wonderful. Mauro and his wife were also wonderful. They worked around our schedule and did a fantastic job. I've done hair for 20 years and thought highly of his work. His salon was pleasant and staff made me feel like a princess. The photographer was wonderful also. I felt he went out of his way to get as many shots as possible in all the right places. My flowers were perfect! Sam and I happened to find Milano25, a taxi driver that decorated her car for our wedding. She played Andrea Botticelli love songs with the windows down and honked as she took us around to the wedding and afterwards to the top of the mountain for lunch. All the crowds moved over and clapped for us everywhere we went. We felt like Royalty! Helga rode with us on the carriage ride and told us all about Florence as the photographer stopped at different locations to get our pictures taken. We ate lunch at the highest point of Florence overseeing the beauty of the city while we had time to pray together. We were both in tears, and couldn't asked for anything to be better. Thank you so much for the people you sent us to make this day so special. We both will say that it was the most romantic day of our lives. We would be glad to let people know how wonderful the experience was for us. Also in our travel to Rome, Venice, and Lucca, we realized Florence was by far the best place to marry. The people, the charm of the city, and the beauty all made it perfect. Helga told us you are the number one wedding planners in Italy, so I guess I'm blessed to have found you and worked with you.

Thank you for the good wishes. We just arrived back from our trip -and what a spectacular trip it was! We are so thrilled with how everything worked out so perfectly the wedding.

Your assistance prior to the wedding was invaluable, and all of our wishes were exceeded when it came time for the actual event. Our interpreter and wedding coordinator, Helga Maria-Marcks, was not only helpful, but a real a pleasure to have present. As well, our flowers arrived as planned and were beautiful.

We received the wedding photos in the mail yesterday and they are stunning! Mr. Bruno was a true professional and we are very pleased with the prints. Thanks to you also for ensuring that the photos were delivered to us in time for our reception at home. (I will attach one of our favourite photos to this email - you can see we are very happy!)

The sightseeing tour of the Chianti region that you had arranged for after our wedding ceremony was unforgettable! Mr. Silvio was a fantastic guide, and the restaurant that he chose for our dinner was perfect as it highlighted the beautiful countryside and delicious Italian cuisine.

"Our Italy trip was wonderful. Tuscany is so romantic with its rolling hills of grapevines and sunflower fields. We really enjoyed the sites as well as the food and the people. It was one of the best trips that we have ever taken.

Our wedding day was perfect. The ceremony itself was absolutely wonderful. Certaldo is the perfect small town to get married in and we had a fairytale wedding. Amy was overjoyed with her perfect day. The civil official was very charismatic and the wedding vows turned out to be more meaningful than we could have imagined. [Is it possible for us to obtain a transcript of the ceremony or the wedding vows? The civil official seemed to be reading from a script so I assume that it is available somewhere?] The wedding was simple and directly to the point. It was just what we had hoped for.

The reception was everything we could have hoped for. At first, I had wondered about the expensive cost of the restaurant ($95 euros per person) because all of our other meals in Tuscany had been about 25 euros per person. However, after the dinner concluded I had no complaints whatsoever about the cost. It was absolutely worth it. It was the best dinner Amy and I had had in our lives. The service was fabulous. We loved the different courses and how we had time between each course to relax and drink wine. We actually brought our own wine to the recpetion and that worked out perfectly for us because we were able to save a bit of money on that. The view from the terrace on at the restaurant was stunning! Also, the wedding cake was the most beautiful wedding cake that we had ever seen decorated with flowers and fruit.

The wedding went perfectly and Amy and I were more satisfied than we could have imagined. You did a wonderful job of planning the wedding by answering our numerous e-mails and providing us with many different options. We would sincerely like to thank you for the great job that you did.
